The map is blank or has no topo overlay. Make sure you have a network connection for the satellite base map, and pan to one of the mapped South Florida corridors (e.g. US-41 / Big Cypress). The overlays cover specific road/corridor segments.
Location isn't working. Location is optional — you can browse the map manually. To enable it, allow location for Everglades Topo in iOS Settings. Your location stays on your device; we never receive it.
How accurate is the elevation? Overlays come from detailed public elevation data and are meant for reading relative relief. They are not survey-grade or safety-critical — see the Terms of Use.
Where does the data come from? Elevation data is derived from public U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) sources, which are in the public domain. The satellite imagery is your phone's own map (Apple Maps, or Google on Android) — not ours.
